Whitney is the proud mom of eight children, ranging from a soon-to-graduate high school senior to newborn twins born in October. Her life is busy, joyful, and often chaotic — but one thing is always constant: her dedication to supporting Ecoff Elementary.

Despite her full house, she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure our school, students, and staff are taken care of. Her passion for community, love for children, and endless energy make her an incredible leader for our PTA.
Kaitlyn Sullivan

Kaitlyn has proudly served as Ecoff Elementary PTA Treasurer since July 2023. She brings her background in accounting and her passion for organization and community involvement to help keep the PTA running smoothly.
Outside of work, Kaitlyn works full-time and is a cheer coach for the Chester Bengals, where she enjoys mentoring young athletes and supporting local youth sports.
As a dedicated mom, she loves being actively involved in her child’s school and community. In her downtime, you’ll often find her relaxing with a good book or binge-watching her favorite shows.
Stefannie Thomas

Stefannie is a proud wife and mom to two boys, ages 12 and 9, as well as two beloved pets—Daisy the dog and Poppy the cat. She joined the PTA Board in November 2024 as Secretary after seven years as an active PTA member, wanting to take a more hands-on role in supporting the school community.
This year, she brought back the PTA Discount Card program and has been instrumental in securing community sponsors and donations for the school. Her passion for fostering strong school–community connections continues to shine through all her work.
When she isn’t busy with her full-time job or cheering on her boys at the soccer field, Stefannie enjoys building LEGO flower kits, cooking, and going on family adventures—whether that’s a day at Busch Gardens or a camping trip in the great outdoors.

Jessica is a proud mom of a lively crew, from second-grade triplets all the way up to a college student. Jessica and her wife, MaryAnn, moved their family here from Texas and are excited to continue engaging in the community and building friendships. As the Programs Director for Ecoff, she loves creating engaging, inclusive experiences for our families and enrichment programs for the kids. Jessica is a local Realtor and loves helping people in the community reach their real estate goals. In her spare time, you will catch her on fun adventures with her family, likely outdoors!

This is Britney’s first year serving as Membership VP, and she is already bringing warmth, energy, and dedication to the Ecoff PTA. A professional hairstylist by trade, she’s been part of the Ecoff community for several years, with her older child previously attending the school.

Family is everything to her — she’s always surrounded by loved ones and often brings her nieces and nephews to Ecoff events so they can join in the fun. She is constantly volunteering her time, stepping in wherever she’s needed, and showing just how strong her commitment is to our school and community.
